Peer Passage Colorado for Leaders in the "What's Next" Phase of Life
Designed to accelerate your transition to what’s next, the retreat will take place August 30th-September 1st at the gorgeous, historic Colorado Chautaqua (in Boulder, Colorado).
We launched the Aventurine peer accelerator about a year ago. Running a peer circle for experienced proptech founders to collaborate on what's next has taught us that the power of peers in that journey is hugely, hugely valuable. To talk through whether to start another company with complete honestly—in a safe environment among peers who understand the weight of that decision. To stress test business ideas. To drive clarity of thought, both professionally and personally. To support each other as humans. Proof of all that is that two companies are being built by Aventurine participants, with support from the group (both still in stealth).
We are committed to continuing to support founders/leaders in transition.
In partnership with GEM Ambassadors Ben Wright and Heather Harmon, we're thrilled to announce our next initiative for those in the "what's next" journey: Peer Passage Colorado. Designed to accelerate your transition to what’s next, the retreat will take place August 30th-September 1st at the gorgeous, historic Colorado Chautaqua (in Boulder, Colorado).
Do any of the following scenarios apply to you?
- You’ve recently exited a company and / or are considering stepping back from a leadership role—and aren’t sure what comes next.
- You’re stuck between “start something new” and “do something completely different.”
- You’ve outgrown the playbook that got you here, but haven’t written the next one yet.
- You’re craving honest conversations with peers who understand the journey.
- You sense the next chapter could be your best—if you could just get the space and clarity to see it.
- You are based in and around the Denver/Boulder area, or willing to travel.
If so, the Peer Passage Colorado experience is designed for you.
Three days away from the noise. This is not a conference or a networking event—it’s time away. A space to ask fundamental questions about what you want from your next chapter, and what you’re willing to change to get there. Guided indoor and outdoor activities by seasoned leaders in a small community of founders at similar stages who will challenge and expand your thinking.
Delivering…
- Clarity on the questions that matter for your next chapter
- Confidence to make decisions you’ve been putting off
- Deeper relationships with a community who will walk with you
If interested in joining Heather, Ben, and me, please fill out this form.
Note: Attendance is completely confidential for leaders still in current roles.

THE VENUE:
Located on the outskirts of Boulder, CO at the Colorado Chautauqua, members will have the opportunity to transform their relationships with themselves and professional peers in a safe and confidential space.
Founded in 1898, the Colorado Chautauqua is one of only 29 National Historic Landmarks in Colorado — and the only chautauqua west of the Mississippi that has continuously operated with its original structures intact, largely for their original purpose. It represents the western legacy of the Chautauqua movement that swept the United States in the late 19th and early 20th centuries: a tradition of gathering together for learning, reflection, and community in a setting designed to strip away distraction. Now in its second century, it sits at the foot of the Flatirons with direct access to 40 miles of trails and thousands of acres of open space.

Boulder itself has been named the Happiest City in America by National Geographic — a place built around wellness, the outdoors, and a quality of life that is genuinely hard to find elsewhere. The air is cleaner here. The pace shifts. Mountain trails begin at your door. This is not an accident of geography; it’s a destination chosen deliberately for what it does to your thinking, your breath, and your sense of what’s possible.
