While much of the world has been busy watching the Olympics the last few weeks, CAD software provider Autodesk has been planning a future proptech olympiad endeavor. At the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, Autodesk will use its CAD and BIM software to collaborate with the city’s planning efforts on retrofitting and modifying existing facilities—sustainability work that is critical to handling the influx of participants and observers in a city that will not build new permanent structures to support the games.
