Consisting of 29 stocks, the GEM Proptech Index had a combined market cap of $243.493B, an increase of 2.57% from the previous week.
From December 20th until last week's report, a placeholder error understated ProCore's market cap, causing a 5% index underestimation with minimal impact on weekly changes. This has been corrected for this week and all future reports.

Zipline is one of the companies targeting to be a major player in ❇️the new aerial economy that is coming❇️. The drone delivery service made a big stride in that quest, as shared by Keller Rinaudo on X:
We just made the first delivery to a customer (the Fire Dept) with Platform 2, Zipline’s next-gen automated delivery service. This will save people time and money, expand access to healthcare, reduce traffic, and transition last mile delivery to a zero-emission future
