THAT'S A WRAP, BLUEPRINT 2025
By: Jessica Wright
Hundreds of GEMineers embarked upon a journey to Las Vegas for Proptech’s biggest conference, ❇️Blueprint❇️ , for collaboration, networking and, of course, cuisine, drinks, and fun. Attending my first GEM event(s) and Blueprint conference, I had the pleasure of meeting close to a hundred GEMineers,. The energy and spirit was infectious and I couldn't be more excited to❇️have stepped into GEM and proptech,❇️ thanks to Drew Meyers. Drew and I met fifteen years ago, while living in San Diego and working together at a Real Estate Training startup.
From ❇️ our 4th annual Korean BBQ dinner❇️ to 1-1 convos with GEM members, I felt welcomed and grateful that our community is full of kind, brilliant, curious and hardworking leaders. And hungry.

On Day Two, ❇️ we co-hosted a Happy Hour❇️ with Matt Knight from PTAG and Dave Garland from FIRE that brought in around 100 GEM and PTAG members, and FIRE supporters. But the week wasn't all about the parties. A variety of startups and proptech experts opined on topics ranging from homebuilding, rentals, land use, maintenance and transacting, with this year's buzzword - AI - appearing in most discussions. Oh, and the robots were awesome.
Many of you shared great ideas and opinions on how we can level up the GEM experience–a success, since that's a big reason I attended Blueprint. I look forward to being a part of GEM's growth and supporting all our members in their businesses any way we can. Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone
ZIRCONIUM PEER CIRCLE UPDATE
By: Drew Meyers
Based on feedback, we've moved ❇️the Zirconium peer circle❇️ over to a paid facilitation model ($1,000 per six months). There are a few reasons behind the shift:
- The maximum value of a Peer Circle for participants comes from everyone showing up for every meeting. With paid facilitation, it costs participants to not attend, meaning they are more likely to prioritize attending.
- Calls are more valuable for everyone with a facilitator curating the discussion, and keeping everyone on track.
- Scheduling and rescheduling of calls is better handled by a single person rather than a committee.
I couldn't be more thrilled to have Heather Harmon facilitating the Zirconium group, serving the following participants:
- Sean Hsieh – Concreit
- Tim Quirk – Final Offer
- Vin Vomero - Foxy AI
- Adi Pavlovic - NewZip
- Steven McCord - Locate Alpha (by Spatial Laser)
- Jeremy Henley - The Qwik Fix
- Stefan St. Marie - Revnest
We have one spot available for Zirconium. Interested in being that final participant, or matched into another ❇️Peer Circle❇️ ? Please complete this application (must be a GEM Diamond member to join) to give us a sense of where you're at in your company/product building journey.
