Weekly Radar #375: private residence dinners Sammamish & Scottsdale, gold savings with Robinhood, Proptech Index down 1.04%
In this Weekly Radar, we cover:
- Two more private residence dinners are planned, in Sammamish (Nov 20th) and Scottsdale (Dec 1st).
- Robinhood Gold subscribers have access to mortgage rates at least 0.75% below the national average, along with a $500 credit toward closing costs on new home purchases or refinances, powered by Sage Home Loans.
- The GEM Proptech Index decreased 1.04% from the previous week.
Community is not scalable. The most unscalable of unscalable community building initiatives within GEM...are private residence dinners. That's why we do them; because no one else does and the bonds developed are far beyond what's possible at a restaurant. Fresh off dinner at K.C. Cleary's home in Dallas, we have two more private residence dinners coming up:
- ❇️A "friendsgiving" themed meal in Sammamish (Seattle suburb) on November 20th❇️, hosted by Drew Meyers.
- The night before IMN West starts, ❇️a family style meal in Scottsdale on December 1st❇️, hosted by Matt Knight.
Three private residence dinners in Q4 is the most we've ever organized in a three month period. Sorry, there are extremely limited spots...shoot us a note if you're interested in attending.
