WEEKLY RADAR #409: AI Integrator Opportunity, Prove You're Human, Q2 Earnings, Proptech Index up 4.55%
There's something about the summer that loosens the grip on our schedules, with longer days, children out of school and out of routine, travel (not just for work,) that allows everyone to relax. Throw a massive residential conference in the mix — Inman Connect San Diego — and we saw dozens of GEM members showing up in San Diego as lighter, authentic versions of themselves. What I loved hearing most from members, especially in an environment where the hustle is real:
With GEM, the conversations are authentic instead of transactional. I don't have to sell anything, and everyone is genuinely curious and supportive of the journey. I can take off my mask.
The result is relationships that feel decades old despite meeting in person for the first time, introductions that only happen founder to founder, and invaluable knowledge sharing to propel individuals on their journey. Thats the magic of the GEM community.
If you're a woman, we'd love to see you at the next iteration of GEM's Women in Proptech Roundtable virtual session, where we will chat more about how GEM is becoming the container for this group and the plans we have for upcoming events like Blueprint and CRETech to support women leaders. You can see an overview of our last virtual session over on LinkedIn.
It's earning season, again. ProCore and CoStar earnings for Q2 dropped already, plus other business insights are linked below.
Without further ado, on to regular scheduled programming below...

DEMAND FOR THE AI INTEGRATOR OPPORTUNITY
By: Drew Meyers
Mark Cuban is among those who believes there to be huge opportunity in selling AI agents to small businesses. That'll require knowing literally everything about how a specific type of business operates.
Interesting in building a company with that opportunity in mind?
